Our Process
We start with the architectural concept, defining the building's form, spatial organization, and aesthetic vision, as agreed with the client and illustrated through 3D models, plans, and sections.
We perform energy simulations to evaluate three building performance scenarios: Passive House, Low Energy Passive House, and nZEB (Nearly Zero-Energy Building).
We gather all the information and documentation required by each design discipline, including finishes, windows and doors, the structural system, building services, and integrated design details.
We map out the entire investment before the first drawing is produced. A realistic cost estimate aligns expectations from the outset and minimizes the risk of budget overruns later in the design process.

ENERGY PERFORMANCE BASED ON
REAL-WORLD CALCULATIONS
We evaluate a building's thermal performance throughout the year using detailed calculations that determine how much energy is lost and how much is required for heating and cooling. Our analysis considers the building envelope, orientation, glazing, and all other factors that influence actual energy consumption.
Based on these calculations, we develop practical, buildable solutions with clearly defined energy performance targets, ranging from nZEB (Nearly Zero-Energy Buildings) to Passive House standards.
