Energy Efficiency

We carry out energy performance assessments for both existing buildings and projects under development. We evaluate the building's projected energy performance and provide practical recommendations for optimization, including thermal envelope design, window and glazing performance, solar gains, and the selection of appropriate building systems.
The result is a clear set of data and recommendations that supports the achievement of nZEB compliance or Passive House performance targets, depending on your budget and project objectives. Every recommendation is made with a focus on real-world performance and long-term efficiency, not simply meeting theoretical compliance requirements.
How Does a Design & Build Project Work?
The process begins with the architectural concept, defining the building's form, spatial organization, and aesthetic vision. Once approved by the client, the concept is presented through 3D models, plans, and sections.
We perform energy performance simulations across three building standards: Passive House, Low Energy House, and nZEB.
We gather and coordinate all the information and documentation required by each design discipline, including finishes, windows and doors, the structural system, building services, and integrated technical details.
We map out the entire investment before the first drawing is produced. A realistic cost estimate aligns expectations from the outset and helps eliminate the risk of budget overruns once the design phase is complete.
Our teams work collaboratively, coordinating every discipline throughout the design process. Integrated technical details are developed, resulting in a fully coordinated 3D model that serves as the foundation for execution.
The final deliverable is assembled by bringing together all written documentation and technical drawings across every design discipline into a complete, coordinated project package.
We extract the documentation required by the relevant authorities from the technical design package and prepare the complete submission for the building permit approval process.
